Located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator. There is a doorman working on site from Monday to Friday.

Four double bedrooms available for rent in a classy 140 sqm apartment with two bathrooms. This flat boasts of a great location in the exclusive Salamanca neighborhood, a short walk away from a the Metro Station which takes you to the centre of Madrid in about 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- All rooms are nice and sunny with views over the lively pedestrian street.
- The living room is very elegant featuring a shiny chandelier and classy furniture and decorations including a beautiful persian rug.
- Both bathrooms are brand new. The first bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet and a sink with storage space underneath. There is a window with views to an internal community area and this is where you will find access to the ropes to dry your washing. The second bathroom is smaller, and has a toilet, a shower and a sink, also with storage space underneath.
