This apartment is located in one of the best areas of Madrid, Moncloa, and is conveniently located near to the Universidad Compultense de Madrid. Enjoy its charming surroundings, number of natural green areas, and a variety of shops and cafés. Immerse yourself in the college atmosphere and enjoy the large number of smaller bars and nightlife options in the area. There is also a large park nearby where one can lay out an enjoy a warm sunny day. In excellent condition and fully furnished, this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom flat is an excellent choice for students and workers alike. The apartment comes fully furnished and provides an ample amount of closet space in the bedrooms.
Neighborhood
This property is located in Chamberí, a fantastic neighborhood where the traditional (Madrileño) way of life still exists. Chamberí has lots of local markets and only the typical tapas restaurants where all Madrileños enjoy to gather. While it’s not as hip or as fancy as Malasaña, Chamberí is another quintessential castizo neighborhood like that of La Latina. It’s a great choice if you are looking to have the most authentic Madrileño way of life. Chamberí is in close proximity not only to the city’s center, but also to Ciudad Universitaria through the extensive Metro and bus network.
