As you enter this apartment, you will find an entrance hall, followed by a long corridor providing access to the kitchen, the two bathrooms and bedroom number 3 on the left hand side. After this bedroom, the corridor turns left, and you will find bedroom number 2 straight ahead, and the living room on the right hand side. Bedroom number 1 is accessed via the living room.
There are four bedroom available for rent separately. Bedroom number 3 is furnished with a single bed, a desk with a chair, bookcase, bedside table and a wardrobe with two doors. It has a window overlooking an internal patio. Bedroom number 2 has a single bed, a desk, bookcase and a big wardrobe with three doors. There is also a window overlooking the internal patio. Bedroom number 1 is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk, bookcase and a wardrobe. It has a window overlooking the street.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and dining, including a fridge, single sink, electric stove, oven, two microwaves and a toaster. Pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and dinnerware are also provided. There is also a washing machine and a window overlooking an internal patio.
The living area is a very pleasant and cozy room to relax or socialize. It has two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a small balcony with beautiful views over the streets of this picturesque neighbourhood.
There are two bathrooms available in this apartment, a smaller one equipped with a toilet, sink and a mirror, and a larger one with a bidet, sink, toilet and bathtub. Both have windows overlooking the internal patio.
Located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator. There is gas central heating available throughout the apartment. The water heater is also operated by gas. Washing should be dried inside, using a clothes rack provided. Rubbish collection is included in the rent, but power, water, gas, Wi-Fi, phone, cleaning and heating are additional. The cost of these bills is approx. 50 Euros per person per month
