This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment is located on Calle Juan Alvarez Mendizaba in the residential and student-centered neighborhood of Arguelles. The flat is extremely spacious, spanning 150 m2, and offers an elegant, classic home for its tenants. Shared areas include the bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a very luxurious living room where you'll find a flat-screen TV and a chandelier. In the surrounding area, you'll find many restaurants and local bars. Madrid's beloved Parque Oeste is within walking distance from the flat, so those who like to go jogging or take walks will benefit from having these rooms as their base!
What we liked the most
- We love the elegant living room- the built-in wooden shelves, armchairs, and chandelier create a luxurious atmosphere.
- The apartment is located close to the center and Malasaña, allowing tenants to enjoy the best of Madrid all by foot.
- The living room comes with a large flat-screen TV. You'll also find a dining area where you can share meals with your roommates.
- The kitchen comes complete with all amenities, including 2 refrigerators and a dishwasher.
- There are 3 bathrooms for 6 rooms.
- Most of the rooms face a spacious interior patio, offering both natural light and quietude.
