Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on Calle Juan Alvarez Mendizabal, minutes from Plaza de España and the chic neighborhood of Conde Duque. The flat offers five fully furnished rooms with a range of amenities. Ideal for students or young professionals looking for a flatshare in a central yet calm area of Madrid, this spacious apartment spans 220 m² in total area.
Both bathrooms have toilets, sinks and storage, but one has a shower cubicle and one has a shower-over bath. The kitchen is a large space that also comes with a washing machine, oven, microwave oven, stove and a small dining table and chairs. There is also plenty of storage and counter space for food, which is perfect for a house-share such as this.
This apartment is situated on Calle Juan Alvarez de Mendizabal, right in the heart of Madrid. The beloved Templo de Debod is down the street, and there are 2 metro stations within a 10-minute walk of your front door.

Things to keep in mind
- There are 2 couple-friendly rooms in the apartment, but a limit of one couple living there at any time. So if you're looking to rent out one of the rooms, be quick - otherwise some other lovebirds will beat you to it!
