There are 9 bedrooms for rent in this bright, 9 bedroom, 3 bathroom, exterior apartment located on Guzman el Bueno. The neighborhood, referred to as Arguelles, is a nice mix between commercial, residential, and student-centered, offering residents everything from cheap bars to supermarkets.
The flat is very conveniently located, with metro station Arguelles a mere 3 minute walk and the Pontificia Comillas University across the street. A 10 minute (or less!) stroll will take you to the hip Malasaña neighborhood where you'll find chic cafes and terrazas to spend sunny days with your new friends. The apartment itself is very colorful and you'll see bright shades in every room.
It is fully furnished and equipped, complete with a big dining table on which to share roommate meals. These rooms will be ideal for students of the Complutense and Comillas University, not only for its proximity but also for the possibility of making friends while studying in Madrid!
