This spacious 6 bedroom, 250 m² apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood. The home has ample living and study space, and is just a few blocks from IE Business School. There are three bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchen areas and a study with work areas for several people. This charming home has wood floors throughout, and all of the rooms are very spacious.

What we liked the most
- The house has an exceptional amount of common areas. The largest living area has exterior windows with lots of light, as well as three sofas, a large flat screen television, a large coffee table, and shelves. Off of this living room there is a long covered balcony with views to the street.
- The two separate living rooms offer ample space and allow for plenty of privacy among roommates.
- If you need to really concentrate, there is a separate room that is a dedicated work space. It has a large desk, and a very long worktable, so multiple people can work there at once. This study room also has nice views to the street.
- The apartment building is located just two blocks away from the main building for IE Business School.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady, in her sixties, lives in the apartment. Her mother, in her eighties, might also come to live in the apartment for periods of time.

This is because the apartment has a lot of space, and it is reserved for the use of the tenants. The landlord is a very friendly Spanish lady. It is important to note that she is a very hands-on landlord and likes to interact with the tenants. It is great for people who want to practice their Spanish! Another great benefit of this apartment is that all utilities are included, even Wi-Fi and cleaning of the common areas.

There you find access to lines 4, 6, 7 and 9 of the metro, as well as city buses, an airport bus, as well as long distance buses that can take you all over Spain. The flat is also just three blocks north of the Nuñez de Balboa metro stop, which has access to the line 5, which offers the quickest route to the heart of the city center.
