This 2-bedroom apartment starts with a common hall where you have closet space for your jackets and coats. The kitchen is bright and comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is also a dining table where you can have your delicious meals. The living room is spacious and comes furnished with another dining table, a sofa facing the TV, and a really cool wardrobe that can pulled out into a single bed! Thats some transformation power. The apartment has individual AC units which is a must in Madridś summer. There is also a balcony which has a beautiful view of the neighborhood.
This apartment is perfect for students studying in Carlos III as it is located only 5 minutes walk away from the university. Around the area you will find many grocery shops such as DIA where you will find cheap groceries. It is located only 2 minutes away from the apartment so you wont have to go too far to get your shopping done. There are also many bars and restaurants that cater to the student of Carlos III. If you like parks and nature, you can go to Castilla la Mancha park which is located only 10 minutes walk away!
