There are rooms for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Segovia in La Latina. The living room is well-furnished with a couch and has access to a balcony with street views. The kitchen is to the left of the entrance and has all the necessary appliances. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
This is a nice area with great public transport that can get you all around Madrid. There are plenty of green areas in this neighbourhood as well as supermarkets and shops.

- The apartment has gorgeous wooden floors.
- The apartment building has an elevator so it won't be a struggle to walk up 3 flights of stairs after a long day at work.

- There are quite a few historical monuments in the area which you could check out on a day off.
