There are rooms for rent in this tidy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle de Juan de Urbieta in Retiro. The rooms for rent have their own private bathroom, living room and kitchen, separate from the landlady's, and all are well-equipped with the essentials including everything you need to cook up a storm. The modern bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and has a shower, toilet and sink.
You won't need to look hard for something to do on the weekends as this apartment is close to plenty of attractions including El Retiro Park where you will find the Palacio de Cristal. The Real Jardín Botánico is also within walking distance and is a great place to spend a lovely summer's day.
