This apartment has a charming shared kitchen, well-equipped for any cooking you may need to do. Opposite this is the lounge, a comfortable room with a large sofa and benchpress. The shared, spacious bathroom is down the hall and has a shower, sink and toilet.
This apartment is located in southern Madrid, in an area that is full of parks. Within walking distance you can find restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores, as well as great public transport that can take you into the heart of the city.
