This 100 m² property offers a shared fully equipped kitchen, living room which has space for a dining area, and a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Located in the Guindalera area, this property is just outside of the heart of Madrid. With great public transport connections to the city and surrounding area, it's easy to get around and see everything that Madrid has to offer. There is a wide range of restaurants within a short walking distance of this property, with the nearest supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
- The living room is very large, and has a dining area with a television, and a table and chairs, and a living area with large sofa and television.
- The bathroom is very spacious and bright and is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and mirror, as well as a heated towel rail.
