There are cozy rooms available to rent in this elegant 4-bedroom apartment in Ciudad Lineal. The 180 m² property is shared with the live-in landlady, but all the rooms have an en-suite or personal bathroom, which provides you added privacy. There is a large living room and dining area that also opens up onto a large terrace overlooking the building courtyard and swimming pool. You also have a spacious eat-in kitchen with access to an additional balcony.
Ciudad Lineal is a district a bit on the outskirts of Madrid but still well-connected by Metro. On Calle Condesa de Venadito, you have lots of small parks nearby and all your basic shops. For more shopping options, you are about 20 minutes away from the Arturo Soria Shopping Center.
