There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room to share with the live-in landlord and other tenants. The living room is a cozy space with stylish vintage decor and access to a balcony. The kitchen also opens up onto a balcony and has a cute breakfast bar. The apartment has polished wood flooring throughout and double glazed windows that block out the street noise.
On Ronda de Atocha, the apartment is in a very convenient location. You are central and just a few minutes' walk to some of Madrid's main monuments and amenities, which include the Reina Sofia Museum, Atocha train station, and the beautiful Parque del Retiro. You also have plenty of shopping options nearby.
