There is a double room available to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment in lively Lavapiés. The 60 m² apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building and maintains some of its charm with wooden beams. There are also small windows that look out onto the Madrid skyline. The duplex apartment shared with the landlord has all the common areas and the available bedroom on the main floor.
On Calle de Mesón de Paredes, the apartment is in a great central location. Lavapiés is known for its diverse population and great markets. You are just minutes to the Mercado de San Fernando and the famous Sunday flea market, El Rastro. You can easily walk to other great neighborhoods such as La Latina bur are also well-connected by Metro.
