This spacious 6-bedroom apartment in the heart of Salamanca has various room available to rent. With an area of 150 m² and each room with a private key, you will get plenty of privacy. There are 2 full bathroom to share, a big and modern eat-in kitchen, and a cozy living room. Tenants will share the apartment with other roommates and the live-in landlady.
The apartment is on Calle del General Diaz Porlier, conveniently located near the Lista metro stop. Salamanca is known for being upscale and for its shopping streets including nearby Calle José Ortega y Gasset. You also have small corner shops or bigger grocery chain such as Dia or Carrefour.
What we liked the most
- Movie nights will be epic with the huge flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine.
- Each room has a private key.
- There are 2 full bathrooms – necessary for shared living.
- The apartment is only a 25-minute journey to the IE Business School.
