Located on Paseo Marqués de Zafra, the house is located right next to the large Quinta de la Fuente del Berro park. This provides a peaceful atmosphere that allows you to escape the fast-pace city life. But with several metro stops nearby, you can easily reach Madrid City Center. Just a few minutes' walk from your door, you have cafes, bars, restaurants, and even a Flamenco Tabalo.
