This is a 3-bedroom apartment in a great Madrid neighbourhood.
The apartment is freshly renovated and opens out into a shared living room and kitchen area. The living room has a TV, sofas and a dining table, with some cool exposed brickwork on the walls. The kitchen has a new washing machine and dishwasher, a multi-purpose microwave oven, an electric stove and lots of storage space. Be warned - press the cupboards to open them, they don't have handles! Note that there are 2 private patio areas in the area, however, they are connected to two of the bedrooms and not through the shared area.
There is 1 shared bathroom in the property, plus 1 en-suite. The shared bathroom is as new as everything else in the property, with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
The property has 3 bedrooms - also refurbished. They all have double beds and storage space with close access to a bathroom - though only Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom. By the way, we love the lighting in all the bedrooms - check the photos to see some very unexpected lampshades. The apartment is also close to the popular Malasaña neighbourhood and you can get to Iglesia Metro in less than 5 minutes - connecting you to Sol, Gran Via and the rest of Madrid's hot spots.
