This 200 m², 6-bedroom house in the Barajas district of Madrid has rooms available to rent ideal for individuals or couples. The ground floor has a huge common common area with a combined kitchen and living room. There is a large dining table, sitting area, television, and a breakfast bar that looks into the fully equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms and the wrap-around balcony are located upstairs. The bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom and a room key, allowing for the perfect amount of privacy.
If you prefer a more residential area where you can easily get around by car and be closer to the airport, Barajas is for you! The house is surrounded by other homes with bars and shops sprinkled about. When you really need to run some errands, however, you have a small shopping center just a 10-minute walk away. The beauty of this neighborhood is it is convenient for car owners, but still well-connected by bus, metro, and train.
What we liked the most
- All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom and a room key.
- Bedrooms 1 and 6 have direct access to the balcony.
- The kitchen is spacious and there are 2 refrigerators.
- There is a bus that will take you to the closest metro stop.
- You can reach the airport in 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.
