This is a simple but stylish 4 bedroom apartment south of Madrid city centre.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a beautifully-decorated, shared, bathroom with a large shower cubicle. Tenants also benefit from a private patio/terrace to enjoy Madrid's evening heat.
Legazpi is about an hour's walk from Sol, the centre of Madrid, but thanks to the swift Line 3, you can catch a metro there is less than 20 minutes. You also get the added benefit of being close to the famous Retiro park, and being next door to Madrid's planetarium.
