There are rooms for rent in this modern 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord, and a spacious 80 m² footprint on Calle de Doctor Bellido in Puente de Vallecas. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including an oven and electric hob. There is also a large refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is similarly well-equipped, and brightly lit by a large window, and also has dual sinks.
Although this apartment is a little outside the centre of Madrid, there is plenty of shops within walking distance including a supermarket, and several restaurants. The beautiful Park Amos Acero is only a 6-minute walk away, and is a great place to get some exercise or relax in the sun.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- Puente de Vallecas is a lively suburb, with plenty of affordable attractions.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Planetario Madrid is within a half-hour walk.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
