Moratalaz is located about 40 minutes outside of Madrid by metro and is popular for its relaxing and tranquil atmosphere, as well as for its affordable prices. On Calle Arroyo Fontarrón, you are surrounded by tall residential buildings, small parks, and plenty of neighborhood corner shops. You are about 15-minutes to the nearest metro and are also well-connected by bus.
