The rooms to rent in this 4th-floor 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Luis Mitjans are ideal for tenants under the age of 35. There is a relaxation area with a comfy sofa, although the main common space is the large, fully equipped kitchen where you can entertain or chat with your flatmates. There is a 4-seat dining table and ample cupboard space in the L-shaped kitchen, and it includes a dishwasher, an oven, and a washing machine. There are two shared bathrooms and both have shower stalls. There is also central heating throughout the apartment.
In Retiro, you get the best of both worlds. On the one hand, you’re in a fairly quiet residential area with the large and beautiful Retiro Park just a short 14-minute walk from home. On the other hand, you’re not too far away from all the excitement of downtown Madrid. Exploring the neighborhood, you’ll find a couple of museums—and the planetarium is only a half-hour walk away. Closer to home, you’ll find an El Corte Inglés department store, where you can purchase new clothes or grab a bite to eat, and there is also a movie theater just 15 minutes away.

- The Puente de Vallecas metro station, where you can catch line 1, is just a 6-minute walk away.
- At the Ciudad de Barcelona-Seco bus stop, which is 4 minutes down the street and around the corner, you can catch multiple bus lines.
- If you have time, you can walk to the Méndez Álvaro railway station in 20 minutes or directly to the Atocha station in 24 minutes. However, if you have a lot of luggage or want to get there faster, a taxi will get you to either station in under 10 minutes.
