The apartment has both interior and exterior windows and wood flooring throughout. There is an open-concpet kitchen and living room creating a large but cozy common area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are 2 full bathroom to share.
If you love to be surrounded by trees and greenery, you will love this property! On Calle de Andrés Arteaga, you have plenty of small parks to choose from, as well as the Manzanares River, just a 10-minute walk away. On your way to or from the river you can also get your shopping done at the Plaza Rio 2 shopping center. To move around Madrid you can jump on the line 6 metro, also 10 minutes from the apartment.
