This is a beautiful apartment located in a quiet yet fantastic location and it features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared living room and kitchen as well as a terrace with a wooden panel for privacy. The property is rented by room but the rest of the apartment space will be shared and it is very bright and spacious. The kitchen and the living room are joined but each space feels like its own. The kitchen has lots of natural light and everything from a small breakfast bar with 2 modern stools to a dishwasher and an oven. The living room is very open and spacious with stylish decor and furnishings. The bedrooms have plenty of natural light, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for all your personal belongings. If you are coming to Madrid to work or study or a medium length stay, this apartment would be the perfect place to call home during your time in the Spanish capital.
The property on Calle Suero de Quioñes is situated in a very well-connected and lovely neighborhood in Madrid. You will benefit from many services, restaurants and bars and modes of transportation all just steps away from your front door. On your new street you will find a BodyBell, a perfume and beauty product store, a dental clinic and a Lidl supermarket. There are also plenty of banks, pharmacies, a post office, a parking garage, convenience stores and more within walking distance so you can complete most of your errands on foot. For typical Spanish cuisine, head around the corner to Madcooking Bar & Kitchen to enjoy a relaxing meal or drink with your friends.
What we liked the most
- The whole apartment has a lot of natural light in each area.
- You will love cooking and eating in the spacious kitchen and admiring the exquisite tile work below the cabinets.
- The living room and Bedroom 3 also feature large, wide bookshelves which are perfect for storing your personal belongings and displaying them in a stylish manner.
- There is a laundry room which has the washing machine, cleaning products and equipment as well as storage space for extra supplies.

She only requests that you respect her space in order to have an enjoyable and harmonious living experience with her in this shared apartment.
