There are rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with live-in landlady on Avenida de Burgos, in Nueva España. With a generous 135 m² footprint, this apartment boasts a large, and beautifully decorated living room, as well as a modern kitchen with all the essentials.
There are plenty of restaurants just outside this apartment, as well as a shopping mall in central Chamartín which is only a half hour away, so you won't need to go far for the essentials. The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is only a half hour away by metro, there is also a cinema only a half hour away, and the Parque Norte is just a little further, so there is plenty around to do on your day off.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a beautiful space to relax outside of your room with the landlord.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The CESMA Business School is a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
