There are rooms for rent in this 6-bedroom apartment located on Calle de Don Álvaro de Bazán, in Rios Rosas. With a generous 150 m² footprint, each room has its own private en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has a spacious, open kitchen and living room with modern appliances.
There is plenty to do around this apaprtment, with a cinema just a quick 20-minute walk away. 20-minutes in the other direction takes you to the Moda Shopping mall, and the Plaza de España is a little further away, but is easily accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is well equipped with 2 full-sized, shared refrigerators.
- The large living room/kitchen area is a great place to share a home cooked meal with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too much time cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is heating, but no AC.
