This is a beautiful family home with lots of elegant wooden furniture and personal pieces, which makes it truly special. You'll be sharing the large living room and kitchen with the landlady. The kitchen with its lovely black-and-white flooring has all you need for cooking meals plus the many fridge magnets provide an interesting distraction while you cook. In the spacious living room, there are sofas, tables, wall units, shelving and an elegant grandfather clock plus a large window with natural light streaming in. The apartment has many personal touches to make it feel warm and cosy.
You'll also be living in a quiet residential street with on-street parking in a fabulous district with lots of green space and just 3 minutes to the Manzanares river or you can head to Caramuel park opposite the apartment for peaceful walks. For shopping and bowling, there's the Ermita Mall 4 minutes from home. Just a couple of minutes away is a friendly, little bar to grab a coffee or drink on your way to the bus stop.
