Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Aldea del Fresno. The apartment has a living room with a comfortable couch, a TV where you can enjoy your favorite shows as well as a dining table with room for 6 people to share a meal. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook, has lots of counter space and has access to a useful interior patio (which is shared with other residents on the ground floor) where you can hang your clothes.
The property is located in a peaceful residential area where you are close to the city center. In Legazpi you will live near the Madrid Rio, many of the city's most popular areas and have lots of great options for public transport, both for traveling around Madrid and the rest of Spain. There are a number of small shops right outside the property where you can buy your basic amenities.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has lots of counter space, excellent for shared living.
- Living here you will have access to a useful interior patio where you can hang your clothes to dry or enjoy some tobacco.
- The property is located in a peaceful and central area.
