There are rooms for rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Retiro with live-in landlord. With a generous 90 m² footprint on Calle de Valderribas, this apartment has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, which leads on to an interior patio. There is also a large living room, with a flatscreen TV which makes it a perfect place to relax with your flatmates.
There are several shops and restaurants nearby, so all the essentials including a Pharmacy are within walking distance. The beautiful El Retiro Park is only a 10-minute walk away, and is a great place to enjoy the summer sun. Plaza Mayor and the centre of Madrid are only a half hour away using the excellent public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend time washing dishes.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord has a pet rabbit kept on the interior patio.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
