There are rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Gladiolo, Getafe. This 85 m² property is located on the 1st floor of the building with a lovely view of the residential street from the kitchen. When you first walk in you will find a large living room space with plenty of seating space which will be great for socialising on evenings. Through the living room, you can then enter the kitchen where you will find lots of modern appliances, plenty of utensils and everything you'll need to be able to cook up a storm.

This apartment is located in Getafe, a residential area in the South of Madrid. Living here, although not in central Madrid, you are very well-connected by public transport and can reach the city centre in under half an hour, making this a great location for commuters. This location is also great for students, as the property is meerly on the doorstep of the University Carlos III de Madrid. You will also find cafés, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
