Within a 5-minute walk from Charles III University, this apartment with rooms to rent on Calle Hortensia is as accessible as it is practical. A newly renovated space, the apartment is best suited to students or those working close to the local industrial parks and military air base. There is Wi-Fi, so whether you’re in the privacy of your own room, cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped, compact kitchen, or watching TV in the common area, you can continue surfing the internet whenever and wherever you want. The shared bathroom with a walk-in shower is also brand new.
Located in a peaceful residential area, you can be sure that you’ll get plenty of rest after work or classes. However, this is a university town and there is always plenty to do. Cafés, bars and restaurants are abundant, and there is a bowling alley and 20-theater cinema complex at the Nacissa shopping center. Unless, of course, you prefer to just get to downtown Madrid, where you can be hitting up the coolest nightspots in less than half an hour!
