This spacious 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in the Retiro district has spacious rooms available to rent. There are 3 double rooms and 4 single, but they all come with a desk and wardrobe, as well as a lock and key for added privacy. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, but you also have a large dining room and a hall with seating to relax and spend time with roommates or friends.
The 130 m² apartment is on a main avenue, Calle del Doctor Esuqerdo. You are minutes away from a metro stop providing connections to 2 lines and surrounded by bus stops. On your street you can find shops, restaurants and even a small park. This provides a calmer residential area, but you are well-connected to the city center.
