Located just a few minutes away from the beautiful Retiro Park is this 5-bedroom apartment with single and double rooms available to rent. Each room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk and storage space. The 90 m² apartment is very well-kept and provides a bright and cozy home that is move-in ready. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, a cozy living room, and 1 full bathroom to share.
On Calle de Lope de Reuda, the apartment is in one of Madrid's best locations. You are in the Retiro district just minutes away from the gorgeous Retiro Park, but also on the border with the posh Salamanca district. You have the best of everything nearby: shops, restaurants, and gardens. Spent the whole day out and want something a little bit more relaxing? You can check out the cinemas nearby.
What we liked the most
- Even the interior rooms receive plenty of natural light.
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 open up onto a shared balcony.
- There are several hospitals nearby – convenient for medical students.
- To live next to Retiro Park is a true privilege.
