There is a double room available to rent in this very central 2-bedroom apartment. With an area of 70 m², there is an L-shaped kitchen that comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. The apartment entrance hall doubles as a living room area, furnished with a round table and several beautiful antique chairs. The living room also opens up onto a small balcony overlooking the building courtyard. You will be sharing the apartment and the full bathroom with the live-in landlord.
The apartment is on Calle del Conde de Romanones which is extremely central and within walking distance from everything you might need. Just around the corner you have a Lidl grocery store and several theaters; down your own street you have an ice bar – which you will probably take advantage of during Madrid's hot summers. You have a metro stop 1 minute away and are only a 6-minute walk to the famous Puerta del Sol.
What we liked the most
- We love the wooden floor boards!
- The antique chairs provide a comfy spot to sit and enjoy the sun views from the balcony.
- The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
- The bedroom has a lot of storage space and a TV.
- Near Puerta del Sol, you can find the beloved Spanish department store, El Corte Inglés, as well as many more shopping options.
