There is a room to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment in Legazpi which has a live-in landlord, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The nicest feature of this 70 m² property is the bright living area which opens out onto a gorgeous terrace.
The apartment is located right by Madrid Rio, and a short metro ride away from the city centre. This area has numerous parks, restaurants and shops, like the new commercial venue Madrid Plaza II, making it a great base to explore and get to know the different places in the city.
What we liked the most
- The spacious terrace has a dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal outdoors.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The apartment has central AC.
- The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and television.
- Matadero Madrid cultural centre is a short walk away.
