Home to attractions such as Calle López de Hoyos and Parque de Berlín, Prosperidad is a residential area with lots to offer. There are multiple restaurants nearby and there is a metro station close by for easy access to the city centre.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage space throughout.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- The bathroom is colourful and bright.
- There is a supermarket nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady has 2 small dogs which stay in the apartment.
- 1 of the living rooms is mostly for the landlady's use, which you can discuss with her. There is an additional living room for the tenants use as well.
