Located on the border of the trendy Malasaña district and student-friendly Moncloa is this recently renovated 16-bedroom apartment. The 300 m² apartment has 8 double-bed rooms and 8 single-bed rooms available to rent. There are both interior and exterior rooms, but they all come with a private key, desk, and wardrobe. The shared areas are spacious and allow for all tenants to comfortably socialize and take care of day-to-day tasks.
Calle Alberto Aguilera is a busy avenue and centrally located making it an ideal choice for students or professionals. You have multiple metro stops within a 5-minute walk, as well as some of the city's trendiest bars and restaurants. Be sure to check out the nearby cinemas an the vintage boutiques in Malasaña.
