This 140m2, 10-bedroom house has multiple rooms for rent, some with individual private bathrooms and others with a shared bathroom. The rooms are located on the different floors and have independent keys, which makes sure you get a good amount of privacy. The common area is the kitchen and living room that are located in the basement. The house is fully equipped with amenities to make roommate living a little bit easier. There are 2 full bathrooms available to share.
The house is located in Guindalera and Fuente del Berro, the residential part of Salamanca. The rooms for rent are a great option for students as the neighborhood is home to the IE Business School campus. You have many bus connections and a metro stop just a 5-minute walk from the house.
