Located in the residential Vallehermoso neighborhood, this 5-bedroom apartment has single-bed room available to rent. With an area of 115 m², tenants will share a large open-concept kitchen and living room. There are both exterior and interior rooms, all which are quite spacious. Tenants will share 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet room.
Vallehermoso is peaceful area full of commerce and with tree-lined streets. You can easily get around town by bus or by metro, which is less than 5 minutes away. The location is ideal for students, close to the Ciudad Universitaria.
What we liked the most
- The bedrooms are well-sized and come fully furnished.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher to make clean-up quick and easy.
- There are 2 full bathroom and 1 toilet room, very convenient for shared living.
- Bedroom 1 is near the entrance giving you added privacy.
- Students are only 5 minutes from the Universidad San Pablo CEU campus and 15 minutes from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid .
