There is a room for rent in this 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady in Atocha, which offers a balcony, living room, equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This apartment has excellent natural light and beautiful views of the neighbourhood from the 5th floor.
Home to many museums, restaurants and parks, Atocha is a central neighbourhood with easy access to the exciting city centre. The nearby metro station is perfect for exploring surrounding neighbourhoods, and central Madrid is a short train ride away.
What we liked the most
- There is a large wardrobe in the hallway for extra storage space.
- The living room is very spacious.
- The bathrooms are polished in stunning green and orange hues.
- The apartment is centrally heated, ideal for winter.
- There is a supermarket nearby.
