There are single- and double-bed rooms available to rent in this spacious 110 m², 5-bedroom apartment in Legazpi. The rooms are both exterior and interior and come with an independent key. There are 2 full bathroom to share, a cozy living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for each tenant.
Legazpi is a great residential neighborhood if you're looking to live outside the city center. There are plenty of shops and banks nearby, as well as the the Matadero art and culture venue, which is constantly hosting events. You are right next to the Madrid Río, where you can spend a relaxing weekend or go on a daily jog.
What we liked the most
- There is central heating – great for Madrid's cold winters.
- Bedroom 1 has a private terrace.
- Each room has a private key.
- Having a dishwasher a perfect way to keep the peace!
- If you love independent films, be sure to check out the cinema located within Matador.
- You can easily get around town with a metro and Cercanías station within walking distance.
