Rooms are available to rent in a stylish, bright, 5-bedroom apartment with balconies situated in the heart of Madrid. The interior of this property seems brand new, and has plenty of natural sunlight. The 110 m² apartment is spacious as it has large rooms and is spread over 2 floors. There is a large living room, and a partially equipped kitchen.
This apartment is on Calle Calvario, a colourful street that is right in the middle of Madrid. It would be very different to live in a better location - you will be living just minutes from Sol and Plaza Mayor, and popular neighbourhoods such as Lavapiés, La Latina, Malasaña and Retiro can also be reached on foot.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is modern, yet has plenty of character. There are wooden beams and a spiral staircase leading to the 2nd floor!
- This a duplex property - it is very spacious.
- There are several balconies, and the apartment has a rooftop terrace.
- 2 bathrooms are ensuite - what a luxury.
- You will be living in the heart of Madrid - you can walk everywhere.
