This apartment is modern, decorated in a neutral colour scheme and equipped with modern furniture. The living room has a balcony and is bright and spacious, the perfect place to hang out with your housemates. The kitchen is spacious and partially equipped. There is 1 bathroom to share, and bedrooms 3 and 4 have ensuite bathrooms.
This apartment is on Calle Calvario, a colourful street that is right in the heart of Madrid. It would be very different to find a better-situated property - you will be living just minutes from Sol and Plaza Mayor, and popular neighbourhoods such as Lavapiés, La Latina, Malasaña and Retiro are also nearby.
