There are single rooms available to rent in this modern and stylish 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the Ciudad Universitaria area. With an area of 120 m², the kitchen/living room is the center point. Designed as an open-concept room, you can easily cook while your roommates watch TV or have a meal at the breakfast bar.
The apartment is located in the lively Ciudad Universitaria, about a 10 minute walk to the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid campuses. You are also a few minutes' walk to a metro station and have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
What we liked the most
- There is a modern design with beautiful exposed brick in the living room. Each bedroom has a unique design and a private key.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.
- There are 2 full bathrooms –convenient!
- You are within a 10-minute walk of 2 university campuses.
