Rooms are available to rent in this 100 m², 3-bedroom apartment with AC shared with the live-in landlady in Legazpi. This apartment is bright and feels very open, with a large living room which has a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a big window which lets in natural light. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and there is 1 bathroom on the premises.
The apartment is located on Calle Jose Antonio Zapata in the Legazpi / Delicias area. This neighbourhood is situated to the south of the city centre, and is relatively tranquil and mostly residential. You will be living just a few minutes from Madrid Río, a riverside park which is perfect for cycling and picnicking in summer.
