Rooms are available to rent in a really well situated 7-bedroom flat on Calle de Meléndez Valdés in the Moncloa / Argüelles area. Elegantly decorated, with hardwood floors, the apartment measures 180 m² and has 2 shared bathrooms, an ample kitchen, and a cosy living room.
The location is perfect for either students or professionals. You're just a few minutes' walk from both the Argüelles and Moncloa metro stations, which means quick links to the Universidad Complutense and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as the city centre. What's more, much of Madrid is accessible on foot.

- At 180 m², the apartment has lots of room, and most of the bedrooms are nice and spacious. Some are huge!
- There is attractive hardwood flooring.
- 2 rooms share a spacious enclosed balcony.
- You'll be living in one of Madrid's most desirable areas, with cosy bars, great shopping, and easy access to universities and the rest of the city centre.
