There are rooms available to rent in this 70 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the neighborhood of Acacias. The living room is the biggest room in the property with plenty of seating and a balcony overlooking the street below. There is an interior kitchen with blue decor and large cabinets. Both bedrooms come with plenty of storage space and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
Acacias is a residential area known for its good public transport connections to the Carlos III University and its proximity to the city center. In just 5 minutes you can walk to 2 different metro stations, a Mercadona grocery store, and multiple parks. This is a great option to live near the city center, but in a greener area.
