This 3-bedroom apartment, with an area of 70 m², is a cozy and bright home with single rooms for rent. Each room is fully furnished and is just waiting for you to add your own personal touch. The living room receives plenty of natural light from the covered balcony that connects. The kitchen is small, but equipped with everything you need to make a perfect meal. There is 1 full bathroom to share. The landlord lives in the property.
The apartment is located south east of the city center, near the Madrid river. On a residential street, you get a calm atmosphere but are surrounded by small bars, hair salons, and the one and only Vicente Calderón Stadium. There are plenty of buses that pass by and you are less than 10 minutes from 2 metro stations.
