The apartment feels spacious and bright with white walls and tiled floors that will help the property to stay cool during the summer months. It has a living room where there is a dining table for enjoying meals with flatmates or friends and there is also a balcony where you can relax during sunny weather.
Lavapiés is a multicultural barrio close to the centre of Madrid. With its narrow streets and traditional buildings, it is a characterful neighbourhood with an eclectic mix of nationalities and cultures that generates a fun and energetic atmosphere and also means there is a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars for you to explore, serving delicacies from around the world.
What we liked the most
- The large wraparound balcony is a fantastic feature, a great place for a quick breath of fresh air or simply drying laundry.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven as well as a stove and a microwave so you can cook whatever you choose.
- There is both a kitchen table and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals, rather than eating in your bedroom.
- With 3 bathrooms between the 4 tenants you should not be kept waiting in the mornings.
